Warminster Place is now offering Supportive In-Home Services catering to adults with developmental disabilities within their home and community settings. This carefully structured care program addresses the physical, emotional, health, and safety requirements of the enrolled participants. The dedicated team of professionals, known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), provides crucial assistance in various aspects such as social interaction, community integration, personal/self-help and training, behavior management, and recreation/education, all centered around the individual's unique living situation.

Within the home, DSPs deliver protection, guidance, and supervision while actively working towards achieving the objectives outlined in the Individual Support Plan (ISP). The ISP undergoes quarterly reviews and modifications or adjustments as needed, particularly when there are changes in the individual's life circumstances or assessment requirements.

Individual needs are thoroughly addressed through collaborative discussions involving the individual, their family, authorized representative or guardian, and the treatment planning team. The resulting Individual Support Plan (ISP) is meticulously designed to fulfill the specific requirements of the individual and is executed by trained staff members.

Maintaining a staffing ratio of 1:1, our Supportive In-Home Services encompass a comprehensive program covering:

- Personal Care & Hygiene
- Environmental Care

- Medication Assistance
- Training, Support, & Assistance in eating, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other self-care skills
- First Aid, CPR if needed
- Behavior Management
- Monitoring/Supervision for health and safety issues
- Assistance with attending appointments, including driving and/or arranging transportation
