These services are for individuals that require home health care such as catheter care, tracheotomy care, PEG tube, wound care, medication administration, durable medical equipment, and post-op rehabilitation (physical therapy, occupational, and speech therapy). We at Warminster Place, LLC will offer such care within our scope of practice and will provide additional service from a third party if necessary to accommodate client needs. These services are prescribed by a physician and maintained by qualified health care professionals, including registered nurses, home health aides, certified nurse assistants, licensed vocational nurses, or medication technicians. This also may provide access to community-based activities that have therapeutic benefits and can include nonmedical care and socialization.
